The Sinclair TERREL SIH + SOH-18BIT split air conditioner is a powerful single-split wall-mounted unit set for cooling, heating, dehumidifying, and fan operation. The set consists of an indoor unit from the SIH-18BIT series and the outdoor unit SOH-18BIT, making it suitable for rooms where permanently installed air conditioning with a separate outdoor unit is required.
With 5.2 kW cooling capacity and 5.3 kW heating capacity, the system is suitable for larger living, working, or commercial spaces, provided the required room load and installation situation are professionally checked. The TERREL series is designed as a wall-mounted unit and combines cooling function, heating function, and comfortable operation in one split system.
Technology & Equipment
The system operates with the refrigerant R32 and achieves energy efficiency class A++ in cooling mode with a SEER of 7.0. In heating mode, the SCOP in average climate is 4.0 with energy efficiency class A+. For warmer and colder climate conditions, different SCOP and efficiency values are specified.
The equipment includes 7 fan speeds, a hidden display, the I-FEEL function, an 8°C temperature maintenance function, horizontal louver movement, cold plasma ionizer, Wi-Fi control, and an ON/OFF door contact. Operation is via the remote control and, once the connection is set up, via the EWPE-SMART app.
Everyday Benefits
The combination of cooling, heating, dehumidifying, and fan operation makes the Sinclair TERREL SIH + SOH-18BIT versatile. In summer, it supports active room cooling; in the transitional season, it can also be used as an air-to-air heat pump for heating.
The I-FEEL function uses the temperature sensor of the remote control for more comfortable regulation at the location where you are. Via the Wi-Fi function, the system can also be operated via smartphone once the connection is set up via the EWPE-SMART app.
System Integration & Compatibility
The device is designed as a single-split system and combines an indoor unit from the SIH-18BIT series with the outdoor unit SOH-18BIT. The color variants of the indoor unit are represented by the model suffixes W, B, S, or C.
For the refrigerant connection, 1/4 inch or 6 mm is provided on the liquid side and 1/2 inch or 12 mm on the gas side. The min./max. pipe length is 3/25 m, and the maximum height difference is 10 m. The line set, mounting accessories, and condensate routing must be planned according to the specific project.

Installation
The Sinclair TERREL SIH + SOH-18BIT is a split air conditioning system that must be permanently installed. Installation, wall mounting, condensate drainage, electrical connection, refrigerant lines, evacuation, leak testing, and commissioning must be carried out by qualified specialists or a refrigeration contractor.
Power is supplied via the outdoor unit with 220–240 V, 1 phase and 50 Hz. The specific electrical protection, cable routing and installation situation must be checked on a project-specific basis by the installing specialist company.
Notes
For permanently reliable operation, the air inlet and air outlet must remain unobstructed. The filter, condensate drainage, outdoor unit and visible cable routing should be checked and cleaned regularly or inspected as part of maintenance.
The technical data serve for product selection and orientation. The appropriate unit capacity depends on room size, insulation, window areas, solar gain, usage and internal heat loads and does not replace proper cooling load or electrical planning.
